MEET THE TEAM

Eric founded GEM Coaching in 2005 and The Treasure Chest in 2020. He is a lead coach in with expertise in life and career planning, and working with businesses such as The New York City Housing Authority, Google and Blink Fitness on team development.

Ricki began her journey in Energy Healing in 2015. She helps people connect to their intuition so they understand who they truly are and help them develop the courage to become it. Her classes are aimed at providing professional care to open up mental, spiritual, and emotional blockages obstructing successful healing and growth.

Jasmine is an integral part of the GEM Team and leads Management Training classes for corporate teams and members. She helps leaders identify their core values and authentic leadership style. When Jasmine is not teaching in The Treasure Chest, she works with private clients and enjoys traveling.

Helene is a Master Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. Since her training at Coach University in 1998, she has worked with business owners, entrepreneurs, women, and rising coaches.

Krupa is an expert in team connection, personal development and human-centered design. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, has facilitated workshops for leading organizations (e.g. AmEx, Tidal, Capital One) and coached 25+ change-makers to help create more inclusive, collaborative and engaged workplace cultures. 

Matt has over 5 years of experience guiding and transforming the lives of more than 100 clients. He also works as a professional model and actor. His dedication to paying it forward and helping others embark on their own journeys of growth and transformation through health and wellness fuels his achievements across passions.

Naomi graduated from Skidmore College in 2020 with a degree in Sociology and has since completed a Fulbright in Spain, worked with non-profits in and outside of the United States, traveled as a digital nomad, and now teaches classes in The Treasure Chest on "Growing Your Digital Footprint."

Ava is currently a junior at Columbia University studying sociology and modern Jewish studies. Through her previous internships, she has gained a strong passion for marketing and is so excited to be working with The Treasure Chest.
